The results of the personality test we took in class stated that I am in the high I, high D stages. I believe the test generally (key word being generally), reflects me correctly because I believe I am optimistic, outgoing, have alot of drive and am pretty decisive about things in general. I am always trying to learn from each situation and am willing to improve upon anything. I challenge myself in the hopes of achieving what I set out to do each time. I am not the type of person that gives up easily because I believe I can always be more and others can be more. However, I think I consider myself as having some of the traits of Steadiness and Conscientiousness as well like concentrating on key details and demonstrating patience. Therefore, I think by taking this test someone might be able to get a general idea about a person's personality. It would be helpful to see where a person's tendencies are most dominant thus giving a better understanding of what type of person you are dealing with especially in manangement situations.
I believe this test is helpful to me because I am able to see what I can improve upon in order to better understand myself and be able to manage all the different situations life has to offer.

I like how you said this test generally gives you the results of being a dominant person. I don't think any test accurately displays every persons true character but it does give a general sense about how a person is. But that doesn't mean that all results are true and should be used as the basis for any assumptions or decisions. You are the third person who is dominant and i'm not surprised. For us to want to be business majors, and probably in the management field, dominance is very important. The only way to get things done right and accurately is having them done your way. Regardless of the fact that your way may not be 100% correct, at least you know that you worked your hardest and you can rely on yourself more than on anyone else.
Thats good, always push yourself to be the best, lot of successful people turn out that way. So yea Im in your group and knowing you for almost 4 months I think you're are a dominant leader, not aggressive way but very helpful in making great suggestions and solving problem, making good decisions. We have learned alot from each other. Its good that you think you could do better through this test.

It is really great that you take this test to reevaluate yourself and see what type of person you are. I think that it is a very good gauge to reflect the strengths, weaknesses and characteristic patterns of an individual. You seem really well rounded if you can refer to several of the characteristic types. Being open minded as you seem to be is definitely helpful in improving our weaknesses.
After all the projects we have done together throughout the semester, I can say that you could always present and sell your ideas, even though you were always diplomatic, patient and very carefull of others ideas by being a good listener. I thing that the consciousness and Steadiness type of manager would fit you very well. Infact you are very cooperative, infact eventhough sometimes you were sure you had the right idea, you would respect the majority's decision.
