I have always had big plans for myself. When I was a child I used to dream about many things and I would like to tell you about a few of my personal goals.
One of the most important goals for me at this moment is travelling to as many places in the world as I possibly can. I believe travelling to different countries or even to different states makes me a more culturally diverse person. After each journey I find myself more and more open minded. I enjoy experiencing different cultures and learning from them. I hope to explore more exotic countries like Asia, South America and Africa in the future.
My second vision is about photography . Ever since I was young, I have always wanted to be published in National Geographic's magazine. I get intimidated because after seeing what other photographers have published I never think my photographs are good enough. I have taught myself alot over the years about how to make my photos better but I believe I have a long way to go to become an accomplished and published photographer.
A third vision that I have is to be able to learn how to play either the guitar or the piano or even both. At the moment I don't have too much time left on my hands because I am married, have a full time job and go to school. So it is difficult to squeeze any time out of all that is going on in my life.
As I said, these are just a few of my goals. I haven't even scratched the surface yet but I hope to one day accomplish all of these goals because I don't want life just passing me by.

Your vision of learning to play the guitar or the piano is something that I think you should put on the top of your list. I think most of us only think about our professional lives, which of course is important, but we forget about our own happiness and what we want to do. I learned to play piano when I was younger and although I stopped taking lessons, I still remember what I learned. I think this vision should be at the top of your list because it will make you personally happier. You are doing something for yourself and not for anyone else and satisfying our own wants is usually put in the back burner. I know it is hard to find room for things that aren't priority because i'm sure being married and working and on top of that going to school has left you very little free time but with the free time you do have, you should purchase a beginners piano book and start learning. For me it's the little things that matter and maybe for you, accomplishing a "minor" goal like learning to play the piano or guitar might make you happier.
Go for the travel goal. I think that is definitely one of greatest goals, to me too. Of course to accomplish that you would need lots of money and lots of time. Maybe when you retire or maybe you could do so if you made that as part of your job. Wouldn't that be great, to travel around the world as a job. You could enjoy it and at the same time make money out of it. I think your life would very fulfilling to have complete all your goals, specifically traveling around the world. Like you said, you would learn alot and experience alot. I can't agree with you more. Good luck with all your visions.

p.s thanks for the comment.
I would go for the traveling goal. You and your husband should go away together. I agree that whenever I come back from a vacation I feel so much more culturally diverse. It would also be a bonding experience for both of you. I went away with my girlfriend last year and it was amazing. You bond like you never have before. It makes you more diverse for cultures and even people around the world. You should also try and take a photography class here and there. You do not need to be a professional to take amazing pictures. Anyone can do it with confidence and good timing. Taking the classes will teach you how to incorporate this into your life. Maybe one day I will see you in a NatGeo magazine or on TV. I love that channel. Good Luck!
You should most defently go for your first goal--which is travling. I just like you love to travel and this to is one of my gaols to persue in life. Traveling to different ountries and places gives you a different perspective on the way you look at things and understand. It also makes you a very cultural diverse person and have a very open mind toward life itself.
i think you should knock two birds out with one stone, travel to asia and africa and while your there work on your photography. going to those places will be a great opportunity for you to develop better skills and will also give you experience with the types of pictures that you will have to be taking if youre going to be taking pictures and submitting them to National Geographic. hopefully you get to achieve your dream and who knows, maybe i'll see your picture on a magazine one day...
You're probably the only person who didn't write anything business related. You have a busy schedule, but you seem to have it all figured out.
Travelling.. is a vision we share. The one advice I can give you; instead of spending money on a week all inclusive resort in Cancun or Dominican Republic, spend it travelling for a month in South America, or any of the destinations you listed.
Regarding the music instrument, it's a hobby worth investing your time in. Even a few hours a week, will be enough practice for now. Later when you have more time (after you graduate), you can commit.
I am actually inspired by what you wrote about photography. My parents are artists, and your drive to have your photography published, is all too familiar. It's difficult, but no one said impossible. Look at it this way, someone will have their photographs published, why not you?!
You have your work cut out for you, and even though your visions seem far fetched, we both know you'll reach them.
